• Pivottal reserves the right to modify, add, or discontinue features as needed.

3. Upgrades, Downgrades, & Cancellations

• Members may upgrade or downgrade their subscription plans at any time.

• Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

• Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal charges.

4. Coaching & Messaging Access

• Access to growth coaches and messaging services is provided according to the limits set in each plan.

• Unlimited messaging is available only for Pro, Executive, and Enterprise Plans.

5. Team Features & Collaboration

• Team collaboration tools and additional talent accounts are available under the Teams Plan.

• Bulk discounts apply for additional seats when purchasing 5 or more user accounts.

• Pivottal offers white-glove team-building support for Enterprise clients.

6. Custom Solutions & Enterprise Plans

• Enterprise Plan services are tailored to specific needs and will require a separate service agreement detailing deliverables, pricing, and expectations.

• Additional terms and NDAs may apply for enterprise-level projects.

7. Fair Usage Policy

• To maintain high-quality service, Pivottal reserves the right to review and limit excessive use of plan features.

• Abuse of unlimited services (e.g., excessive or unreasonable messaging requests) may result in account review or usage limitations.

8. Payment & Refund Policy

• Payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, except where required by law.

• In the case of billing disputes, users must notify Pivottal within 7 days of the charge.

9. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

• Clients retain ownership of original content and materials provided for projects.

• Pivottal and its freelancers/contractors/talent retain intellectual property rights over proprietary tools, strategies, and automation solutions.

• Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are available for businesses requiring confidentiality.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Pivottal is not responsible for indirect damages or business losses arising from service use.

• While we strive to match businesses with top-tier professionals, we do not guarantee specific results or financial outcomes.

11. Modifications to Terms

• Pivottal reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as needed.

• Continued use of the platform after updates implies agreement with the modified terms.
